Amy Paul has merged the talents of artist and designer in her North Park San Diego studio.  She is recognized for both organic and urban subject matter where simple everyday imagery is brought to life with color.  She is a multi-media artist who creates work on canvas, paper, and wood. She has been commissioned for projects in a variety of commercial and residential settings.

Amy holds a Masters degree from the University of San Diego and is an Instructor at local Community Colleges and has also taught at Point Loma Nazarene College teaching color theory, drawing and art history.   In addition, she has held active leadership roles within the North Park Merchants Association and participated in the move to develop a North Park Arts District.

Her design aesthetic is also applied at Pigment, a lifestyle store owned by her and husband, Chad. What initially opened as a gallery in 2007 has grown to a website and three locations strong.
